Ever since she can remember, Lexi Watson has wanted “to help people get better,” and it was this desire that inspired her to become a community pharmacist. However, she soon realized that while she “loved building relationships” with her patients, she wasn’t “truly helping them get better… they still complained about the same symptoms – the brain fog, fatigue, aches and pains, and flighty memory.” For this reason, she became certified as a Functional Medicine Practitioner and using the protocols of Dr. Dale Bredsen, offering coaching and wellness support to patients struggling with their cognitive performance. Her OAKLEY Method involves patient-centered recommendations for sleep, diet and exercise, stress reduction support and targeted supplementation. Watson believes that patients deserve “the best health, not just good health” and works collaboratively with those in her care so they “can regain mental clarity and boundless energy… excel at work, be fully present… and reclaim their enthusiasm for life.”
