Diana Arouchanova is a pharmacy innovator who’s expanded her independent pharmacy, CliniCare, to an Advance Practice Pharmacy Care Center helping expand pharmacists’ scope of practice and utilization of clinical knowledge. This APP care center serves as an extensive medication therapy management (MTM) program helping patients manage and understand their medications and disease states through collaborations with health plans, hospitals, and physician groups. Her main goal is to expand pharmacists’ scope of practice to reduce healthcare costs and hospital readmissions.

Additionally, CliniCare serves as a teaching site for University of Southern California Mann School of Pharmacy for their initial preventive physical exam (IPPE), advanced pharmacy practice experiences (APPE), and residency students where Diana helps students grow in areas of patient care beyond the traditional community setting.
