Sawai Launches 14 Generic Drugs with 29 Strengths
Osaka, Japan – June 18, 2020 – Sawai Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (Sawai, Head office: Osaka, Japan, President: Mitsuo Sawai) today announced the launch of 14 generic drugs with 29 strengths. Sawai is launching the first generic of this product, which is used to treat Alzheimer’s type dementia. We offer three dosage forms, tablets, OD tablets and dry syrup. “Generic name” and “Strength” are printed on both sides of the tablets and OD tablets. OD tablets are strawberry-scented.

Two companies* including Sawai are slated to launch the first generic of this product. This products is used to treat Osteoporosis.
